HC notice to Haryana Govt on corrupt employees

Chandigarh July 8 (UNI) Punjab and Haryana High Court division bench of justice J S Khehar and justice Jora Singh today issued notice to Haryana Chief Secretary for August 12 to apprise it how the employees convicted for corruption were continuing in their posts.

The order came on pil by advocate arora who also sought directions for the action proposed to be taken against those officers who were responsible for retaining such employees in service. The petitioner has annexed a list of some such employees secured through RTI act from State Vigilance Bureau.
