Bharti AXA starts operations, launches 2 funds

New Delhi, Jul 8 (UNI) Bharti AXA Investment Managers today launched two fixed income funds, starting operations in the 34-member Indian mutual fund industry.

The funds, Bharti AXA Liquid Fund and Bharti AXA Treasury Plus, will be open for initial subscription till July 14, a company statement said.

The fund firm, a joint venture between Bharti Enterprises and AXA Investment Managers and AXA Asia Pacific Holdings, had received regulatory approval to commence operations in April.

AXA Investment Managers and AXA Asia Pacific Holdings are units of French insurer AXA.
