Vyapar Industries acquires 100% stake in Escoteric Reality

New Delhi, Jul 7 (UNI) Vyapar Industries Ltd (VIL) today said it has acquired 100 per cent shareholding in Escoteric Reality Pvt Ltd, thereby making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

Further, a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 14, 2008 to consider the proposal for buy back of equity shares of the company, VIL said in a statement.
