Three arrested for Dindoshi robbery, Rs 3 lakh recovered

Mumbai, Jul 7 (UNI) Three people have been arrested and Rs 3 lakh recovered in the sensational robbery case, wherein a businessman was robbed of Rs 26 lakh at gun-point at Malad in broad daylight last month.

The robbers were arrested in a combing operation, carried out in the city, police said.

It may be recalled that on June 23 a businessman B Parmar from Malad area was looted of Rs 26 lakh, at gun-point, at a busy signal and the robbers had fled with the loot.

While two of the accused are still absconding, involvement of an insider cannot be ruled out, police said.
