Student killed in accident, bus torched

Hyderabad, July 7 (UNI) A fourth standard student was killed and another seriously injured when a state-owned Road Transport Corporation bus hit them at Vikarabad bus station in Ranga Reddy district today.

Police said while the student Vishnu was crushed to death, another student Praveen sustained injuries in the incident.

Meanwhile, an irate mob torched the bus and ransacked the shops in the bus station. The victims' relatives were staging 'dharna' at the bus station, demanding compensation and arrest of those responsible.
