Sobha Developers receives $10 mln funding from Pan Atlantic

New Delhi, Jul 07 (UNI) Real estate firm Sobha Developers Ltd today said it has received Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) worth 10 million dollars from Pan Atlantic for a project in Bangalore.

The Dubai-based Pan Atlantic has contributed 10 million dollars for its participation of 40 per cent interest in this venture, a company statement said.

A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) has been formed to develop the residential township, it added.
