NDTV promoters' stake up to 71.38%

New Delhi, Jul 7 (UNI) New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV) today said its promoters have increased their holding in the company to 71.38 per cent.

The promoters-- Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy and RRPR Holdings Pvt Ltd, bought 20.28 per cent in an open offer and another 7.73 per cent through open market purchases, NDTV said in a statement.
