Present political system not good for democracy: Siddaramaiah
Mysore, Jul 6 (UNI) Former Deputy Chief Minister and senior Congress leader Siddaramaiah today termed the present political situation was not good for the democratic system in the country.
Speaking to newspersons here he said, shifting loyalty to other political party after being elected to the assembly in the state was being adopted by parties as a stratecy to stabilise their government.
Mr Siddaramaiah categorically refuted the news that he was not satisfied with the Congress and was trying to change the party. ''I am very much in the Congress party and there was no room for such rumours,'' he said.
About not being part of the Congress delegations to New Delhi, he said several party leaders have gone with the delegation and his absence does not matter.
