MP Cong to launch agitation in all district head quarters
Bhopal, July 6 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee will launch agitation in all headquarters of districts and divisions in the state from tomorrow to protest the arrest of senior party leaders in Indore and Bhopal respectively.
MPCC chief spokesman Manak Agrawal today said the party workers would stage demonstrations, dharna and 'Jail Bharo' agitation to vent thier irk against the action of the state government.
Mr Agrawal alleged that police misbehaved with the leader of oppositon in the state Assembly Jamuna Devi while she sat on dharna along with other leaders at the Chief Minister's residence here this afternoon, demanding release of the party leaders in Indore.She fell sick and fainted as police forced her to end dharna and later she was arrested, he added.
