Fake passports, documents seized, one held in Kerala

Kozhikode, Jul 6: A Dubai-bound passenger was taken into custody for carrying 31 fake passports and other travel documents from Karipur International Airport, near here.

Emigration Department sources said Nissar (28), a suspected member of an 'international job racket,' was taken into custody prior to boarding an Air Arabia flight to Dubai along with passport issued at Bangalore.

The other documents seized from his possession were 12 visas and 15 international driving licences.

The accused, a native of Kasargod district in Kerala, would be handed over to local police, they added.
