Monsoon session of Bihar begins on July 24

Patna, Jul 5 (UNI) The monsoon session of the Bihar Legislative Houses will begin from July 24.

According to a tentative schedule issued here, five sittings of the state assembly and state legislative council will be held during the monsoon session.

First supplementary budget of 2008-09 would be placed in the state assembly and state legislative council.

Copy of the ordinances issued during the intervening period would also be placed in both the Houses of the state legislature.
