KDPL opens representative office in UAE, looks at global market
New Delhi, Jul 5 (UNI) Eyeing the potential investors across the globe, Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd (KPDL) plans to expand its business in the international markets with the opening of maiden office in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
''This foray in the West Asia is the beginning of Kolte-Patil's presence in international markets. We are pro-actively exploring opportunities in other international markets to enhance the company's footprints and customer base, '' company CMD Rajesh Patil said.
He said the company is eyeing to assist NRIs and other nationals looking at viable investment options in KPDL projects in India.
The UAE office will cater to the NRIs needs residing in the GCC, South Africa, Kenya and Singapore, a statement said.
The Pune-based realty developer also plans to explore development opportunities in the UAE.
