Chariots reach destination

Puri, Jul 5 (UNI) All the three chariots -- Taladhawaja, Devidalan and Nandighosh have reached their destination at the Gundicha temple.

While the chariot of Balabhadra ''Taladhwaja'' reached the Gundicha temple yesterday, the chariots of Devidalan and Nandighosh reached today.

The pulling of the Devidalan and Nandighosh chariots was suspended last evening. By noon the three Rathas were pulled by the devotees to their destination -- Gundicha temple.

The Pahandi of the deities to the sanctum sanctorum of the Gundicha temple would be held tomorrow evening, the temple officials said.

The return car festival and the 'Sunavesh' of the deities would be observed on 12th and respectively.
