Jaish militant killed in south Kashmir

Srinagar, Jul 4: A militant of Pakistan based Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) was killed by the security forces in an encounter in south Kashmir.

Official sources said police and security forces conducted a search operation in a village in south Kashmir district of Pulwama, following information about presence of militants.

During the operation, encounter took place in which JeM militant was killed. One Ak rifle and other arms and ammunition were also recovered.
