Two accused surrender in court

Tiruchirapalli, July 3 (UNI) Two youths wanted in connection with a bomb hurling case surrendered before the fifth Judicial Magistrate court here yesterday.

Police said the accused Vetri (23) and Satish (24), along with their friend Anandhalingam from Madurai, had allegedly attempted to murder a girl by throwing a country made bomb at her recently.

Based on her complaint, the Madurai police had arrested Anandhalingam and were on the look out for Vetri and Satish.

However, the duo surrendered before the lower court and were remanded to judicial custody.
