Special poojas to protect Rama Sethu
Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu, Jul 3 (UNI) Seeking divine blessings to protect the controversial 'Rama Sethu', members of Ram Sethu Protection Movement performed special poojas at Arichalmunai seashore here today.
Led by former Union Minister and senior BJP leader Pon Radhakrishnan and Kuppuram, National Secretary of Ram Sethu Protection Movement, the members performed 'Dhanur Bana Pooja' and 'Linga Pooja' seeking almighty blessings to protect the Sethu bridge.
Earlier, about 1,200 members, including women, took out the 'Ramar Sethu Theertha Yatra' from Muhundarayar Chatram to Dhanushkodi.
