Punj Lloyd gets contract worth Rs 1,005 cr
New Delhi, Jul 3 (UNI) Construction and engineering firm Punj Lloyd Ltd today said it has received a contract from GVK Power Ltd worth Rs 1,005 crores for a coal fired thermal power project.
The Company has been awarded the contract by GVK Power (Govindwal Sahib) Ltd, Hyderabad to work on the 2 X 270 MW Govindwal Sahib Coal Fired Thermal Power Project in Taran taran District, Punjab for a value of Rs 1,005 crores, it said in a statement.
The project is expected to be completed by mid-2011, it added.
