The seminar will now be conducted across the country.
Speaking to UNI, BWW CEO-Asia Pacific Sachin Adhikari said yestrday, ''Through these seminars we try to build confidence into the person. For instance, when a person is working in a organisation, he tends to notice his higher authority's weakness and negative points. In this case, we pass on the ability to notice positive points.'' ''Such seminars will be conducted all over India. There are 18,000 to 19,000 colleges all over India, we set our target to 50 per cent of them. We are also planning to conduct such programmes at governmental organisations and motivate their employees to have a positive approach towards public,'' Mr Adhikari said.
