Gold closes at Rs 13,135 per ten gm

Mumbai, Jul 3: The precious metals continued their upward march with Gold advancing by Rs 155 per ten gm and Silver by Rs 235 per kg, on strong global cues, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association (BBA) said. Silver closed at Rs 25,315 and Gold ended at Rs 13,135.

Following were the closing rates of spot silver and gold: Silver (per kg) 999 fineness grade : Rs 25,315 (25,080) Gold (per 10 gm): Gold 99.5 purity standard mint : Rs 13,135 (12,980) Gold 99.9 purity pure gold : Rs 13,195 (13,040).
