Danfoss launches oil-free compressor
Chennai, Jul 3: Danfoss Industries Private Limited, a leader in mechanical and electronic components and solutions, launched its Danfoss Turbocor, the world's first totally oil-free compressor here, last night.
The compressor was specifically designed for the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR) Industry. A path-breaking innovation being the world's first totally oil-free compressor, designed for the HVACR industry, the Danfoss Turbocor offers several advantages over conventional compressors. The compressor was 33 per cent more energy efficient and had totally oil-free operation.
It provides outstanding energy savings from digitally controlled, frictionless, two-stage centrifugal compression.
