SP asks PM to clarify on Nuke Deal

New Delhi, Jul 2 (UNI) The Samajwadi Party today demanded that Prime Minister publicly clarify all doubts about the Indo-US Nuclear Deal.

Briefing newspersons after an hour-long meeting with National Security Advisor M.K. Narayanan on the deal, SP General Secretary Amar Singh said he had raised the doubts expressed by the Left Parties over the Nuke deal and conveyed that the Prime Minister himself come out with a statement either in Parliament or outside to clear all apprehensions about the deal.

He said the SP was part of the United National Progressive Alliance (UNPA) and would take a decision only after discussing the issue tomorrow with other partners.
