Life imprisonment for raping minor
Patna, Jul 02 (UNI) A local court today awarded rigorous life term to a person for raping a minor.
The court also slapped fine of Rs 5,000 on the convict.
Justice Om Prakash of the fast track court awarded life imprisonment to Guddu Kumar after he was found guilty of raping a minor at Bankipur Gorakh village under Fatuha police station in Patna district on January 10, 2006.
Both convict and the victim were the residents of the Bankipur Gorakh village.
