GVK increases stake in GPL to 51 per cent

New Delhi, Jul 2: GVK Power and Infrastructure Ltd (GPIL) on Wednesday, July 2 said the company has increased its stake in Gautami Power Ltd (GPL) to 51 per cent from 44.97 per cent.

GPL has become a subsidiary of the Hyderabad-based GPIL the with effect from July 1, 2008, a company statement said.
