Check Point launches internal security applicances

Bangalore, July 2 (UNI) Check Point Software Technologies Ltd, the worldwide leader in securing the Internet, today announced the India launch of Open Choice Appliance Eco system.

'Check Point Power', a new line of Internet security appliance offers high-performance sites a simple, robust and easy to manage security solution with the best price/performance ratio available.

Check Point also announced launch of 'UTM-1' Total Security appliance which provides enterprise sites of all sizes more choices to match the right solution with their security and performance needs.

Company Country Sales Manager (India and SAARC) Bhaskar Bakthvatsal, addressing presspersons here, said that "Power-1 provides customers the flexibility to combat malicious applications and threats while maintaining predictably high speeds." Replying to a question, he said that the company has maintained 20 per cent year on year growth since last three years and with this new product was lilely power the growth to 30 per cent this year.
