CC TVs must in Cyber Cafes
Chandigarh, Jul 1 (UNI) To keep a check on the activities of anti-social elements, all Cyber Cafe owners in Sirsa district of Haryana have been ordered to instal close circuit cameras at their outlets.
This would help in cafe so that the record of the visitors, including their photographs, could be maintained, an official spokesman said today.
He said all cafe owners had been directed to maintain the register containing the information concerning their customers including their full name, address, contact number, identity card details and signature or thumb mark.
He said legal proceedings would be initiated under section 188 of the Indian Penal Code against those owners who would not follow the orders.
