Woman burnt alive for dowry
Shajapur, MP, July 1 (UNI) A woman has been burned alive for dowry at Maksi town in this district, police said today.
Shakeel Khan along with his mother Anna Bi and brother Feroze Khan poured kerosene on Anisa Bi (27) and set her ablaze on June 29.
Anisa sustained severe burn injuries and succumbed in hospital yesterday.
A complaint was lodged by Anisa's brother Rasheed yesterday. A case has been resgistered against the three accused.
