Reference rate fixed at Rs 43.27 per USD, 32 paise up
Mumbai, Jul 1 (UNI) The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today fixed the reference rate for US Dollar at Rs 43.27 per unit, inched up by 32 paise, from yesterday's close of 42.95 per USD.
The reference rate for Euro was quoted 43 paise higher at Rs 68.24 per unit, against yesterday's rate of Rs 67.81.
The exchange rates for Pound and Japanese Yen against the Rupee were quoted at Rs 86.2890 (85.6251) per Pound and Rs 40.98 (40.65) per 100 units respectively, a data received by Reserve Bank of India said.
