Patna, Jul 1 (UNI) RJD today alleged that administrative machinery totally collapsed during the Nitish Kumar regime in Bihar as ministers and power brokers were involved in making money in transfer cases.
National spokesman for the party Shyam Rajak told reporters here that brokers owing allegiance to the ruling party alliance in the state were seen in corridors of powers seeking choice transfer of their favourite ones.Ministers and officers were also not losing any opportunity to make money by obliging such brokers, he added.
''Chief Minister Nitish Kumar should constitute an all party committee to probe all such dubious transfer cases and punish those found guilty of violating the rules and regulations in this regard,'' Mr Rajak demanded and added the step would restore the credibility of the administration and maintain the transparency of the decisions of the government transferring bureaucrats in such a large numbers.
