Kirloskar Brothers forms JV with a Netherland firm

New Delhi, Jul 1 (UNI) Kirloskar Brothers Ltd today said it has formed a joint venture company in Netherlands with Industrial Pump Group, a company engaged in the sales and service of pumps in Europe.

The Company, through its investment arm namely Kirloskar Brothers International B V, has formed a subsidiary Company in Netherlands under the name Kirloskar Brothers Europe B V, a company statement said.

Kirloskar Brothers Europe B V shall function as a distributor of Company in Europe under the brand 'Kirloskar', it added.
