Journalists' Union demands apology from CVP

Raipur, Jul 1 (UNI) Chhattisgarh Working Journalists Union (CWJU) has criticised Chhattisgarh Vikas Party President P R Khunte for misbehaving with journalists at Raipur Press Club.

In a statement issued here today, CWJU President Nayaran Sharma and General Secretary Sandeep Puranik strongly condemned Mr Khunte's behaviour and said threat to set ablaze the club was unfortunate.

''Mr Khunte should publicly apologise for his misconduct within 24 hours failing which CWJU would stage protest and burn his effigy,'' the release added.
