Electoral rolls for Manipur published

Imphal, Jul 1: The draft consolidated and integrated Photo Electoral Rolls (PER) for all 60 Assembly Constituencies of Manipur have been published by the concerned Electoral Registration Officers (EROs).

Official sources said here today that the general public and representatives of political parties may inspect/verify the draft Photo Electoral Rolls at the offices of the EROs and at all the designated polling stations till July 15.

The people may also lodge claims, objections and corrections in the prescribed forms and also at the offices of the EROs during the entire revision claim period, in charge Chief Electoral Officer Ranjit said.

A printed copy of the draft Photo Electoral Rolls of each Assembly Constituency will be made available by the concerned EROs and another copy in CD ROM format will be made available by the CEO's office free of cost to the recognised national and state political parties.
