Corporation Bank launches feature-rich SB product 'CorpCompassion'

Mangalore, Jul 1 (UNI) Public Sector major, Corporation Bank Chief General Manager M Narendra today launched a feature-rich Savings Bank Account product called 'CorpCompassion'.

Briefing about the product, Bank General Manager A Mohan Rao said they would donate Rs ten for the underprivileged for every account opened under this scheme.

The campaign would be for 100 days. The bank had set a target of acquiring ten lakh new customers during the campaign period, he said, adding that on the opening day itself, the bank could open 15,000 accounts under the scheme.

He said in the last year a similar campaign bagged 3.60 lakh new accounts and they had donated Rs 36 lakh to 50 charitable institutions under CorpCompassion scheme.
