Two IAS transferred, 3 transfers cancelled in UP

Lucknow, June 30 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh government tonight transferred two Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officials and cancelled three earlier transfer orders in the state.

Madhusudan Swaroop Raijada, secretary, public works department (PWD) was made divisional commissioner Azamgarh, whereas Sanjeev Kumar, special secretary, PWD was made Divisional Commissioner, Chitrakoot.

Principle secretary Urban housing planning department Harminder Raj Singh, who was transferred to revenue board, will remain at his post, whereas Principal secretary technical and commercial education Alok Ranjan, who had to take Mr Singh's place will continue to work in the same department.

Similarly, transfer of Renuka Kumar, secretary home department technical and commercial education department has been cancelled.
