Tell-all book set to expose celebs' drug-addled pasts
Washington, Jun 30 : The drug-addled pasts of musicians such as Sir Elton John, Courtney Love and Whitney Houston, are set be revealed in a new celebrity tell-all book.
The three artists have each gone through a widely publicised struggle with substance abuse and details about their lives will now be published in upcoming tome 'The Curious World of Drugs and Their Friends'.
The book claims to uncover "fun and fascinating facts" about "every conceivable kind of drug and the people who use them".
The authors of the book, Adriano Sack and Ingo Niermann, wrote about John's alleged admission to his former drug addiction.
"I did not know how to speak to anyone unless I had a nose full of cocaine," Contactmusic quoted them, as stating.
The book is scheduled for release in August (08) and it also features the addictions battled by celebrities including George Michael, Amy Winehouse and Beach Boys' singer Brian Wilson.
