Simplex Infrastructure FY08 net jumps by 68% at Rs 90 cr
New Delhi, Jun 30 (UNI) Simplex Infrastructures today said its net profit jumped 68 per cent in FY08 at Rs 90 crore as compared to Rs 54 crore in FY07.
During the year, the company's revenue grew by 64 per cent to Rs 2,812 crore from Rs 1,711 crore, an official statement said.
The EBIDTA of the company which is engaged in infrastructure developement has grown to 69 per cent to Rs 292 crore from Rs 172 crore last year.
''The overseas revenue has risen 90 per cent from Rs 251 crore to Rs 475 crore with its share increasing from 15 per cent to 17 per cent,'' the release added.
The company has a order book of over Rs 10,000 crore as on date which includes 27 per cent from its overseas projects.
During the quarter ended March 31, 2008, its net profit grew by 63 per cent to Rs 29 crore from Rs 18 crore last year in the same quarter.
The company's revenue during the quarter jumped 73 per cent to Rs 958 crore from Rs 555 crore.
