Satra unit plans Rs 120 cr-commercial complex in Dubai

New Delhi, Jun 30 (UNI) Real-estate firm Satra Properties India Ltd today said it will invest Rs 26 crore in its Dubai-based wholly-owned subsidiary Satra International Realtors Ltd.

The unit has acquired a plot at Majan, Dubai on which it plans to build commercial offices, a company statement said.

The project is expected to cost Rs 120 crore and generate revenue of Rs 180 crore, it added.

The Project is scheduled to commence within four months and is to be completed within 18 months thereafter.
