Pratibha Industries bags Rs 179.72 crore project

New Delhi, Jun 30 (UNI) Pratibha Industries Ltd, an infrastructure developing company, has bagged a contract for construction of mall podium from Lanco Hills Technology Park for Rs 179.72 crore.

The project involves 'construction of a Mall Podium of four basements upto ground level. The total constructed area will be 15.22 lacs sq ft and should be executed in 15 months, a company statement today said.

The Mumbai-based company has laid emphasis on devising its business strategy on aggressive top line growth, a de-risked business model and increased operational efficiencies.
