MAN Industries net up by 28.7%, declares dividend of 30%

New Delhi, Jun 30 (UNI) Country's leading pipe manufacturing company, MAN Industries (India) Ltd today said it has reported 28.7 per cent increase in its net profit to Rs 71.21 crore compared to Rs 55.29 crore in the last fiscal.

The company's net sales grew by 32.39 per cent at Rs 1,500 crore for the year ending March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs 1,133 crore in the corresponding period last year.

It has declared dividend of 30 per cent for the year ended March 31, 2008. The Earning Per Share stood at Rs 13.37 per share compared to Rs 10.38 for the last financial year ending March 31, 2007.

The company's Net Sales increased 21.3 per cent to Rs 410.69 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 as against Rs 338.55 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

For the quarter ended March 31, 2008, the company has posted Profit after Tax at Rs 14.19 crore as against Rs 13.58 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year, registering a growth of 4.4 per cent.
