Jaunpur varsity's deputy registrar dies in road mishap

Sultanpur, June 30 (UNI) Jaunpur's Veer Bahadaur Singh Poorvanchal University Deputy Registrar Naresh Chandra died, while two others sustained injuries in a road accident in Musafir Kahana area here today.

According to police, Chandra's car was hit by a speeding truck near Kadunala bridge.

The critically injured were rushed to hospital, where Chandra was declared brought dead, while another worker of the varsity Ashok Kumar and driver Ram Raksha, who sustained injuries in the accident, had been referred to Lucknow's Trauma Centre.
