Blast at cylinder filling centre kills two
Noida, Jun 30 (UNI) A blast at an oxygen filling centre here killed two persons this afternoon.
Police said the incident took place at Sema Air Products in Sector three when an oxygen cylinder two employees were refilling exploded, blowing their bodies to pieces.
The two have been identified as Harikishen and Mahesh. The owner of the company Dalip Singh has been detained for questioning even as Labour department and Fire Services officials were investigating failure to comply with laid down standards for such units.
''If anything is found against the owner, he would be arrested,'' said SP (City) Ashok Tripathi.
