Aegon Religare get IRDA approval
New Delhi, Jun 30 (UNI) Aegon Religare Life Insurance Co Ltd today said it has received the final approval from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) to launch its operations in India.
''We are pleased to have received the R3 license from the IRDA.
Our plans for the nationwide launch are now ready for execution.
We will strive to delight our customers through a fresh approach, innovative solutions and seamless delivery,'' CEO, AEGON Religare Life Insurance, Rajiv Jamkhedkar said.
The company is a joint venture between India's Religare Enterprises and Dutch insurer Aegon where the latter holds 26 per cent stake.
