Pune, Jun 29 (UNI) Heavy to very heavy rains are likely to occur at many places in Punjab, east Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Konkan, Goa, coastal Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep.
Heavy to heavy rains are likely to occur at many places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram Tripura, West Bengal, Sikkim, Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Madhya Maharashtra, north coastal Andhra Pradesh and south interior Karnatka.
The south-west monsoon has been vigorous in Bihar and coastal Karnataka, while active in Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Orissa, east Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, south interior Karnataka and Kerala.
It has been subdued over Marathwada and Tamil Nadu.
In the regions where the south-west monsoon is yet to set in, the day temperatures were below normal in some parts of west Rajasthan.
Rain to thundershowers had occurred at few places in east Rajasthan, south Gujarat state, Marathwada, south coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, north interior Karnataka and Andaman and Nicobar Islands. They had occurred at isolated places in west Rajasthan, north Gujarat state, Rayalseema and Tamil Nadu.
Heavy to very heavy rains had occurred at most places in Konkan, Goa and coastal Karnataka, and at many places in Madhya Maharashtra and south interior Karnataka.
Rain or thundershowers had also occurred at most places Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Bihar, east Uttar Pradesh, east Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Kerala. They had also occurred at many places in Assam, Meghalaya, West Bengal, Sikkim, Orissa, Jharkhand, west Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, east Rajashtan, west Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha. They had also occurred at few places in Haryana, Gujarat region, coastal Andhra Pradesh, and at isolated places in Arunachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, west Rajasthan, Saurashtra, Kutch, Telangana, Rayalseema, Tamil Nadu, north interior Karnataka and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
