Azad and Soz meet Governor Vohra, discuss latest situation

Srinagar, Jun 29 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad and Union Minister Saifuddin Soz called on Governor N N Vohra at Raj Bhavan today, an official spokesman said.

He said Mr Azad and Mr Soz, who is also president of the Jammu and Kashmir Congress, discussed the latest situation arising out fo the withdrawal of support by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the government last evening.

He said the meeting lasted over two hours.

These discussions are a part of the constitutional consultative process, he said.
