Most parts of Kerala receive rainfall
Thiruvananthapuram, Jun 28: Rain occurred at most places in Kerala and at many places in Lakshadweep during the last 24 hours.
Kasaragod reported an isolated heavy rainfall of seven cm, the local weather office said.
The other places which recorded chief amount of rainfall in cm were Aluva, Punalur and Vatakara six each, Karippur airport, Hosdurg and Manjeri five each, Thalassery, Kozhikode, Mannarakkad, Thrissur, Kottayam and Kanjirapally four each.
Rain or thundershowers were likely at most places in the State and the Union Territory.
The weather office warned that heavy rainfall was likely to occur at isloated places in Kerala during the next 48 hours.
