Gandhi ''more relevant'' today

Raipur, June 28 (UNI) Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi's granddaughter Tara Gandhi today said that Gandhian thought was more relevant in this era of violence and terrorism.

''Truth, love and non-violence are synonymous with Gandhi,'' she said here at the inauguration of a two-day convention of Gandhians organised by the Gandhi Vichar Manch.

She felt that people should come forward instead of relying on the government for solving problems.
