Five-year-old raped, youth held

Gulbarga, Jun 28 (UNI) In a shocking incident, a five-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a youth at Humnabad town in this district today.

Police said the victim's parents had left the child alone in the house before the incident occurred. The accused was identified as Akram Mia(24).

After knowing about the incident, the neighbours caught the youth, beat him up and handed over to the police.

The child was admitted to a hospital here.
