UPA should remain in power: KPCC President

Palakkad, Jun 27 (UNI) Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) President Ramesh Chennithala today said the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government should remain in power at the Centre for maintaining communal harmony and leading the country towards progress.

Inaugurating a seminar, organised in connection with the 44th death anniversary of freedom fighter and former KPCC President C K Govindan Nair, Mr Chennithala said the unity of like-minded political parties should be strengthened to face challenges against democracy.
