Six of a family killed in East Godavari road accident
Kakinada, Jun 27 (UNI) Six people of a family were killed when the car in which they were travelling, plunged into an irrigation canal near Burugupudi under Kirlampudi police station limits early today.
Police said the mishap occurred when the victims were travelling from Khammam to the holy shrine of Annavaram. The driver lost control over the vehicle. Five people were killed on the spot while another succumbed to injuries in a hospital.
