Pondy-based firm develops easy document management system

Puducherry, Jun 27 (UNI) Puducherry-based PSL Management and Software Technology Limited, in collaboration with Bilingual Software, US, has developed an easy document management system for the information technology users world-wide.

In a release here today, PSL Managing Director T Jayaprakash, said the system 'CABiNET eDMS' provided a complete range of solutions for document management, for customers starting from the home PC users to corporate users.

It also provided multi-location document management facilities, using the latest technologies to work with broadband to save cost on complicated private networks. He said Bilingual Software would provide software solutions for instant Spanish transalation, Spanish word processor and speech recognition software developed by PSL and had taken up marketing of CABiNET in the US.

Mr Jayaprakash said there was also a 'work flow manager' with a built-in document manager for processing the documents and files of any organisation, which would completely automate work flow of the administration and added that the system would allow central storage of electronic files and foward it to all offices in the organisation with routing procedures.
