Gulf Oil Corporation extends MD's term for another 3 yrs

New Delhi, Jun 27 (UNI) Gulf Oil Corporation Ltd today said it has reappointed Mr Subhas S Pramanik as Managing Director for another term of three years with effect from July 8 this year.

The appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders at Annual General Meeting, the firm said in a statement.
